Hi again, folks! This is Alexis, one of the Co-Executive Directors of the Unconscious Bias Project, here to introduce another rebroadcast. Linet was a guest on the “What Gives” podcast, which has Viv Tran as the host. And it was a really wonderful episode. They clarified “what is unconscious bias, even?” They talked about how to form counter-stereotypical examples, how to speak up without shaming people to say like, “Hey,” - gently - “you did a thing. Here's why I'd like you to not do it again, if you can help it.” And they talked about how to reach back out when somebody has committed a micro-aggression, and they talked about bias buddies, the effects of racism, a whole bunch of things. It's a really great episode, and I hope you enjoy it.
