Published on: June 24, 2024
Dr. Keith Hinderlie Smith is a highly sought-after facilitator, educator, and scholar-practitioner in areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we were so excited to talk with him.
Dr. Hinderlie Smith earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, a Master’s Degree and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. Dr. Hinderlie Smith is a licensed psychologist and has held licenses in Massachusetts, Maryland and Washington D.C. He serves in a number of national organizations focused on education and equity, and has consulted with well over 100 schools, organizations, and corporations across the country.
We loved talking with Keith about structural change and organizational commitment to diversity and inclusion, and we also are grateful that he shared his expertise around masculinity and Blackness, especially with regard to young boys.
