The purpose of this series is to empower employees and build trust.
In all workplaces, relationships and the ability to do the work are impacted by differences in power dynamics.
What’s important is to be aware of power dynamics and how it interacts with conflict and addressing bias.
For general staff, addressing bias and trust within power dynamics adds extra layers of difficulty to already sensitive interactions.
Over the course of three 2-hour workshops, Calico’s Power Dynamic Series:

Empower team members to productively and confidently interrupt unconscious bias and biased interactions, even when power dynamics are involved.
