Changes Labs equip leaders to encourage teams to support each other in problem-solving, accountability, and investment in mission and culture goals. 

Change Labs take place over the course of 1-2 months with facilitated working sessions for the entire organization. 

When we work together, we’ll adapt the Change Lab experience to your workplace context and needs assessed in pre-workshop surveys. In-between labs, we check in with you to make sure we’re delivering value. When we complete the program, we help you gauge impact and sustain momentum with our program impact report and recommendations for next actions.

Most Change Labs are composed of three 1.5 hour workshops taking cohorts through:

  • Change management theory

  • Strategic planning basics

  • Identifying sources of resistance

  • Collaborative development of strategies to counter resistance.

Change labs can easily accommodate groups over 30.
